Singapore

I really liked Singapore. My week there was my first taste of Summer heat for a while, after spending many cold and rainy days in London and Amsterdam. The humidity was surprising, even though my boyfriend had been raving about it for 5 weeks and I probably should have taken note. But the shops were air-conditioned, the trains were convenient, I could safely drink the water (even if it did taste a bit funny), and the Merlion is possibly the coolest national mascot ever. There's just so much to see and do!
