"I have seen fomme in my orrina" says the Italian man"Your ... orrina?" I reply, puzzled. Between his thick accent and ill-fitting false teeth, communication has been a struggle.
"My orrina" he gestures vaguely at his abdomen, "You know, with the toiletta"
